I am Nitin Mistry
Throughout my enriching career of over four decades, I've had the privilege to work with a wide range of organizations, from small businesses to large enterprises. This journey has given me numerous opportunities to develop both my technical skills and my ability to work with others.
My firsthand encounters with business uncertainties have exposed me to numerous opportunities to assess and comprehend associated risks. Each interaction with uncertainty has not only solidified my beliefs but also enhanced my personal values. As a result, this transformation has positioned me as a thought leader among my colleagues and collaborators.
One of the most gratifying aspects of my career has been leading and mentoring diverse teams. This experience has been a driving force behind my decision to explore coaching as a complementary dimension to my fulfilling career.
I firmly believe that effective coaching holds the power to unlock the growth potential within each individual. This, in turn, empowers us to tap into the unexplored talents and capabilities that reside within every person, bringing out the very best in them.

"Throughout my life, I have accumulated a wealth of personal and professional experiences, encompassing achievements, setbacks, and obstacles, all of which have played a pivotal role in shaping and motivating me. These diverse experiences have molded me into the person I am today, influencing my perspective and driving my determination to pursue my goals.
Becoming a coach has been one of the most rewarding things I have done in my life but it also challenged me in ways I never thought possible. I will never regret my decision.
In my opinion, it is critical for me to experience my own coaching journey so that I can understand and appreciate what it feels like for my coaching clients who are investing heavily both personally and financially into the coaching process.
I am in a much better position to understand how I can support my clients through their coaching journeys.
I am quite aware of how privileged it is for me to feel that someone is prepared to trust you with details of their personal or professional life, thoughts, and insecurities and how important it is for me to treat that with great care, attention, and confidentiality. There is a significant amount of emotional and cognitive effort that I put into my coaching process.
Nothing inspires me more and gives me a sense of fulfillment, than watching my clients transform in front of my eyes, seeing them overcoming their perceived limitations, witnessing them go deeper within, and seeing the spark in their eyes the moment they reconnect with themselves.
If I ever am forced to go back in the past and change anything about my decision to be a coach; I would only change the timing to an earlier date than I did.
