In this book, the author shares his personal journey to give us a glimpse of what really goes on behind the scenes of running a business. He shares how he went from an employee to an entrepreneur. My favorite quote from the book is "Until you make the effort to get to know someone or something, you don't know anything." "The Hard Things About Hard Things" is a handbook or a kind of reference manual to launch start-ups and how to take them to the top. This book teaches you the skills necessary to steer a company. Not just technical knowledge, the book also teaches you other life skills to run the business. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who has a start-up plan in mind or anyone who wants to learn leadership skills.
